I've had ongoing plumbing issues for the past few months. This company from the staff that takes your call and gets you scheduled, to the the guys who have come out to do the work, have been nothing but fantastic!! They answer the phone. THEY SHOW UP!!!!! This is huge in today's world!! They get you scheduled in a timely manner. You're not waiting 2 weeks for someone to show up. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend!!! I cannot say enough about GSP!!! They're the best!!

I called Graham Simon early morning recently regarding a broken malfunctioning bathtub shower faucet. A very sweet person answered the phone and told me someone would call me soon and/or be at my residence within one hour. Sure enough, the repairmen arrived very quickly and worked very hard for a couple of hours and did a beautiful job installing a completely new faucet system. We will always call Graham Simon! They are eager to help you without waiting weeks to be scheduled for your plumbing needs. This company is the best!!

When we moved here a little over 7 years ago and realized we needed the services of a plumber, it's fortunate for us that we chose Graham-Simon Plumbing Co. from the list of "hits" when we searched online. The complicated problem we were experiencing required professional skills and knowledge, and the Graham-Simon plumbers did not disappoint. What's more, they were polite and patient in answering our questions in terms we could easily understand. I highly recommend Graham-Simon Plumbing Company.

They arrived a little after 7am and got right to work. They asked us what we wanted, didn't try to upcharge us on anything. Their work was neat and they cleaned up after! We are in love with Graham-Simon Plumbing and we love Johnny and Rich! We will call them again and rave about them to our family and friends! Thank you!!

I don't like to have strangers in our home. My husband is very handy and can fix most things, but he didn't have time or tools to fix an issue we had recently. Graham-Simom came same day we called. Very courteous employees. They were extremely respectful of our belongings and getting the problem fixed without causing any damage to the walls. I could not have been happier.

We always call Graham-Simon Plumbing over decades now! Prompt service and staff very helpful and courteous. Recent plumber installed new faucet and fixtures and even went to hardware to get ones like I requested. Then he fixed a water level problem in our commode in less than 5 minutes! Very impressed with their service!
